UChicago Biosciences career development program, myCHOICE (Chicago Options in Career Empowerment) is a unique program designed to prepare our trainees for their ideal career path.
The program covers 10 broad Exposure Subjects related to the myIDP (Individual Development Plan) categories. The three levels of the program comprehensively cover careers suited for individuals with a Ph.D. in the biological or health sciences. myCHOICE is supported by a diverse group of mentors (many of whom are University of Chicago alumni).
myCHOICE is funded by an NIH BEST (Broadening Experiences in Scientific Training) grant.
