Benjamin Blanchard, a graduate student in the Committee on Evolutionary Biology advised by Corrie Moreau, PhD (University of Chicago and Associate Curator, Field Museum of Natural History) studies ant defense mechanisms. A dissertation chapter of Blanchard's was recently published in the journal Evolution.
