Assistant Professor Oni Basu (Genetics, Genomics, and Systems Biology), Assistant Professor Sebastian Pott (Human Genetics), Professor Matthew Stephens (Human Genetics), and Martin Boyer Professor Eugene B. Chang (Microbiology) received funding from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust. These two research teams at the University of Chicago will contribute to building a Gut Cell Atlas to map a healthy patient's gut and those with Crohn's disease.
